About Dr. Arruda
Dr. Arruda has special practice interests in exercise and health, endometriosis, fibroids, BRCA patients, as well as minimally invasive and robotic surgery. She treats a broad range of patient needs, including sexually transmitted diseases, abnormal bleeding, reproductive issues, breastfeeding, contraception, menopause, hormone replacement therapy and wellness & lifestyle issues.
She has been named one of the “Top Docs” in 2013, 2014, 2015 and 2017 by 5280 magazine in the field of Obstetrics and Gynecology. The prestigious listing has recognized Denver-area physicians cited by their peers as the top in their field for more than 20 years. She has received the University of Colorado’s OB-GYN Residency, Resident Teaching Award and the School of Medicine Chancellor’s Teaching Award.
Dr. Arruda provides complete gynecological services including annual exams, colposcopy, endometrial ablation and gynecological surgery with a focus on minimally invasive procedures. She also cares for BRCA patients and provides follow-up care for gynecological and breast cancer survivors.
